1. How do I collect my wristband for entry?
Please present your m-ticket (or a printed copy) along with a valid photo ID at the venue box office. Staff will scan your ticket and issue your entry wristband.
2. Are there age restrictions?
Entry is allowed for all ages. However, children aged 3 and above require a valid ticket.
3. What is the refund / exchange policy?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
4. Do I need to carry a photo ID?
Yes — please carry a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, national ID, etc.) if requested for verification or age-restricted access.
5. Are there any additional charges?
Ticket prices may include a service fee and/or convenience fee per transaction. Any applicable fees will be shown during checkout.
6. Can I re-enter the venue?
Re-entry to the venue is allowed as long as the entry wristband is not tampered with.
7. What items are not allowed at the venue?
Standard prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, outside food & drink (unless stated), professional cameras, smoking products and large bags.
8. Is there parking available?
Parking is available in a limited capacity hence taking public transport to the venue is suggested.
9. Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
10. Will food, beverages & alcohol be available at the venue?
Only food & beverages will be available. No alcohol. Outside food & beverages are not allowed at the event.
11. Is there a designated smoking area?
There is no designated smoking area. Smoking is prohibited in the venue premises.
12. Are the tickets transferable between dates?
Tickets are non-transferable between dates. They are valid exclusively for the specific date selected at purchase and will expire if not redeemed on that day.
13. What time does box office close?
The box office closes 30 minutes prior to the event's scheduled end time, so please plan your arrival accordingly.

be ejected with or without the owner of the venue.
6. The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to
the event.
7. People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.
8. Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event.
