Definitions

Personal Information

means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ('data subject'); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors. We may from time to time also collect certain personal data such as your financial information or health information which constitutes "Sensitive Personal Data and Information" as defined under the laws.

'Processing/Process'

means any operation or set of operations which is performed on Personal Data or on sets of Personal Data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction;

What information do we collect?

To provide you with the best possible experience and service, we collect certain personal information when you interact with our Platform.   1. Personal Information of User(s) shall include the information shared by the User and collected by us upon:
    1. Registering on the Platform:When a User registers or subscribes to our Platform, we collect certain personal information, including, but not limited to, the User's name, gender, birth date, marital status, age, profile picture, and contact details such as email address, postal address, and/or contact number. Additionally, we may collect banking information, including credit/debit card details, UPI IDs, billing information, and payment history, as provided by the User.
    2. The Personal Data that gets collected in the background and/or is observed about you during usage of our service; and
    3. Transacting / Buying: If a User chooses to browse on the Platform, we collect information about the preference and buying behaviour of the User to tailor recommendations. Additionally, if the User transact with us, we may collect further details, such as your billing address, credit/debit card number, card expiration date, other payment instrument information, and tracking details.
    4. Information you provide. We collect the information you voluntarily provide through our Platform, including, without limitation, your reviews, photographs, comments, lists, followers and users you follow, reservation details (current and past), ordering details and order history, account profile information, and contact details. Where you provide personal information relating to a third party (for example, when placing an order or making a reservation on behalf of another individual), you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from such individual to share their personal information with us.
    5. Other Information: This includes usernames, password, and other security-related information that you use in connection with our Platform. Additionally, we may gather data available in the public domain or received from third parties, including social media channels. This can include, but is not limited to, personal or non-personal information from your linked social media accounts (such as your name, email address, friend list, profile pictures, or any other information that is accessible based on your account settings).
  2. Non-Personal Data of User(s) shall include the information automatically shared by the User and collected by us, such as:
    1. Operating System;
    2. Browser;
    3. IP Address;
    4. Language;
    5. Cookies and the ID and location of your device;
    6. Pages you visit;
    7. Search queries;
    8. Transaction history;
    9. Features used, pages viewed, content interactions;
    10. Region from where you accessed our Platform;

Why do we collect your information?

Lawful bases of processing your Personal Data

You provide all information to us voluntarily. Collection, use and disclosure of Personal Data requires your express consent. You are providing us with your consent to our processing, use, collection, and disclosure of the Personal Data which belongs to your or any person whom you are authorized to represent.

Do we share your information?

To provide you with the best experience and high-quality services, or to fulfil our obligations to you, we may need to share your information with our affiliates, agents, partners, clients, or service providers who work with us or provide services / products to us, any third party to which we transfer or sell our assets, merge or consolidate with, will have the right to continue to use the Personal Data provided to us by you, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Notice, and/or trusted third-party organizations that assist us in processing data on our behalf. This may include, but is not limited to, payment processors, data processors, customer / support services, delivery service providers, fraud prevention agencies, credit risk management firms, payment aggregators and/or facilitators, banking institutions, etc.

We also use third-party providers to help us operate and improve our services. As part of this, we may share personally identifiable information about users' interactions with the Platform. These third-party providers may also use cookies. For example, we use third-party analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to gather general demographic and interest data about our User(s), helping us enhance the user experience. We do not control the information collected by these third parties and are not responsible for their use of such information.

Google Analytics uses cookies and pixels to collect demographic, interest-level, and usage information from users visiting the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, data about the pages users enter and exit, pages viewed, time spent, browser, operating system, and IP address. These cookies and pixels enable Google to recognize users when they visit the Platform and other websites. Google uses the information it collects to share insights with us and other Platform operators, including but not limited to, user age range, gender, geographic region, interests, and device details. Additionally, when User(s) leave comments and/or reviews on our Platform, we collect the data provided in the comments form, along with the visitor's IP address and browser user agent string, to help with spam detection.

We may also share your data with organisations with whom we have joint marketing agreements, advertising networks and/or social media platforms to serve relevant ads to you on our Platform or on those networks/platforms, as well as with search engine and analytics providers.

As an intermediary, we facilitate transactions between you and event organizers, cinema theatres, and other entertainment providers to enable you to book tickets for events, movies, sports, and more. In order to complete these transactions and fulfil our contractual obligations with these providers, we may need to share your personal data with them. This allows them to verify the accuracy of the information you have provided, issue a valid entry or ticket, offer you any applicable services and benefits, and conduct their own analyses.

Additionally, we may have to share your data to:

  1. Comply with the law or in response to a subpoena, court order, government request, or other legal process;
  2. Produce relevant documents or information in connection with any legal process, government or departmental investigations, or other legal or administrative proceedings;

To access or use this Platform you must be 18 years of age or older and, if under 18 or the age of minority in your jurisdiction, your use of this Platform must be under the supervision or approval of a parent or guardian or another responsible adult.

  5. Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Under certain circumstances you have the right to obtain the erasure of Personal Data concerning you. When you request for deletion of your data, we follow a deletion process to make sure that your data is safely and completely removed from our servers or retained only in anonymized form. We try to ensure that our services protect information from accidental or malicious deletion. Because of this, there may be delays between when you request to delete something and when copies are deleted from our active and backup systems.
  6. Right to Restriction: Under certain circumstances you have the right to obtain the restriction of processing.
  7. Right to Data Portability: Under certain circumstances you have the right to receive the Personal Data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and the right to transmit this data to another Controller.
  8. Right to Object: Under certain circumstances you have the right to object to the processing of Personal Data concerning you.

Right to lodge a Complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority i.e. the Grievance Officer, for the alleged infringement if you consider that the processing of Personal Data relating to you infringes the rights provided to you under law.
